Physical and chemical properties

White crystal powder, melting point: 228-230ºC; insoluble in water and most organic solvents, soluble in DMFDMSO and strong acid and alkali. Stable under neutral conditions, stable to light and heat.

 

Function and Characteristics

Benzylaminopurine belongs to the cytokinin class of plant growth regulators, which can be absorbed by different parts of the plant, such as stems, leaves, fruits, buds, flowers, etc. It is used in different periods and has different effects:
