Physical and chemical properties

White powder. The pure substance melting point is 209~213°C. it is insoluble in water and acetone, soluble in methanol, ethanol, dimethyl sulfoxide and other solvents, and has a solubility of 26% in dimethyl sulfoxide at room temperature. Stable under acid, alkali and neutral conditions, stable to light and heat.

Function and Characteristics

Oxyenadenine is a new type of industrialized cytokinin in recent years. It was first  isolated from immature corn kernels as a cell division promoting substance similar to kinetin, so it was named zeatin (ZT).

1.A plant endogenous substance with strong activity and good conductivity;

2.The activity of trans-zeatin is better than that of cis-zeatin;

3.Chemical synthesis, clear structure, stable source;

4.Used in different periods, the effects are different: Promote seed and bud germination: Promote transpiration and stomatal opening, regulate nutrient absorption: Improve photosynthesis, promote grain development; Promote flower bud formation and flowering: Promote fruit setting, flower preservation and fruit preservation; Induce tuber formation: delay chlorophyll degradation and promote freshness.
