Test Method: The diluted 2% Brassinolide ·6-BA(20-40mg/L) was dipped in watermelon embryo. After 30 days, the size of watermelon fruit and the condition of sitting melon were investigated.
Test Result: The 2% Brassinolide ·6-BA treatment had no side effects on the growth of watermelon, and the melons under the three treatments on the 11days were significantly larger than those under the artificial pollination treatment, with bright skin, dark green leaves, strong growth, and regular melon shape without obvious deformity. Contrast has light green color, small melon, growing weak, melon shape is normal. It was found that the melon shape of Zhengshi treatment was beautiful and larger than that of the contrast treatment.
