In order to further optimize the formula and demonstrate the field application, the crop technology Department of Zhengshi Chemical carried out the cotton chemical control and yield increase demonstration experiment in the cotton field of 148 Regiment Cotton in Shihezi City, Xinjiang Province, the main cotton producing area, from May to July 2022.

Test time and place: From May to July 2022, 148 Regiment in Shihezi City, Xinjiang Province

Varieties: New Luzao No.84 Cotton

Test Method: The spraying treatment was carried out at the bud stage, the first flowering stage, before and after the topping. 10 cotton plants were randomly marked at each sample point of each treatment, and 3 sample points were set, a total of 30 cotton plants were measured at the fixed point. The plant height, bud number and cotton peach number after the scheme were measured at different stages, and the differences were analyzed.

Test Result: The cotton treated with Zhengshi scheme could make the cotton with early buds, multiple buds, large buds and strong buds, and the number of buds per plant increased by 3.77 compared with the control at the bud stage. It promoted nutrient transformation, accelerated cotton bud flowering and boll setting, early flowering, early boll setting, and increased the first flowering stage by 0.9 bolls compared with the control cotton with single plant diameter greater than 1cm. Compared with the control, the number of cotton peach per plant increased by 0.4. After topping, the plant shape was compact, the proportion of three peaches was appropriate, the number of cotton peaches increased by 1.44 compared with the control, and the number of empty fruit branches decreased by 1.17 compared with the control. Continuous use of four times, can increase the yield, yield per mu increase rate of 12.7%.
